It is so exciting to be able to bring Maureen’s first published title to the UK – especially while she is celebrating her reign as Queen of Teen. We’ve been cooking up some crazy stunts and can’t wait to unleash them on the unsuspecting British public.
THE KEY TO THE GOLDEN FIREBIRD is classic Maureen Johnson – funny, honest and poignant, featuring characters that you can’t help but root for, especially poor Pete who starts the first chapter missing his pants (the British kind of pants, as well as the American kind of pants).
