HELLO PALS. I AM LEAVING MY HOUSE FOR THREE EXCITING EVENTS!
The first event is at the BROOKLYN BOOK FESTIVAL on Sunday, September 16 at 11am for a panel about THRILLERS with Lamar Giles, Lygia Day Peñaflor, and Malinda Lo!
THEN! I will have TWO EVENTS in Burlington, VT next weekend! BURLINGTON IS THE SETTING OF TRULY DEVIOUS! PLEASE COME!
- On Saturday, September 22nd at 1pm, I will be doing a signing at Phoenix Books in Burlington!
- And on Sunday , September 23rd, I will be part of Let Equality Bloom Festival 2018: Power to the Polls, sponsored by Women’s March Vermont! This is an all day event with music , workshops, food, and VOTER REGISTRATION.

I’ve enjoyed several of your books and am most likely not one of your typical readers being almost 70 and living on a remote homestead in the hills of Northern Vermont with my good wife and Pip the cat. My fun reading is YA novels, a nice break from my beloved 19th century writers.
Anyhow. On Stevie’s drive to school from Burlington she passes signs and billboards. Whoops! No billboards in the state of Vermont. No signs either, other then road signs, many of which say Moose. Which you never see.
